Further details about Shoppers’ Choice, starting May 11
CHANGES ARE HEADING OUR WAY! STARTING MAY 11th
The Pantry will be opening our doors for Shoppers’ Choice. We will be open every Tuesday from 1:00 in the afternoon until 6:00 in the evening. This means you will be able to come inside to shop and choose the items you would like to have.
The way this will work is as follows: We can only allow 4 shoppers inside at a time. This is one reason we are extending our hours. We will have plenty of food so it will be available for you at whatever time you choose to come. Each shopper will be able to shop for themselves and one additional family. If you wish to pick up for more than one other family, we will have pre-packed boxes for these families available for you to take as you exit.
All shoppers and volunteers will need to wear a mask inside at all times. If you do not have one, we will provide one for you. You will also be asked to use our hand sanitizer before entering and we will need to take your temperature with our touchless thermometer. As you shop we do ask that you be mindful of the other shoppers who will be inside with you. Please try to stay 6 feet apart. We will have volunteers inside at all times to offer assistance if needed. You will be provided with a cart and box to place your items in and it will also be used to help you back to your automobile.
This process will be a “trial and error” one. Please be patient with us and each other as we work to make this an enjoyable time for all of us!

Mientras esten adentro, todos los compradores y voluntarios deberán usar una máscara en todo momento. Si no tiene una, le proporcionaremos una. También se le pedirá que use nuestro desinfectante de manos antes de ingresar y necesitaremos tomar su temperatura con nuestro termómetro sin contacto. Mientras compra, le pedimos que tenga en cuenta a los demás compradores que estarán adentro con usted. Intente mantenerse a una distancia de 6 pies. Tendremos voluntarios en todo momento para ofrecer ayuda si es necesario. Se le proporcionará un carrito y una caja para colocar sus artículos y también podra utilizarlos para ayudarle a llevar sus compras a su automóvil.
